Solar Pie Files IRS Form 1023

September 7th, 2010

May seventh was a red letter day for Solar Pie. After working with Judy Andrews our non-profit attorney we completed and filed our IRS Form 1023 to become a tax-exempt non-profit.

We are anxiously awaiting IRS approval of our application to become a 501(c)3.
