PEMCO roof, Seattle WA

The PEMCO roof has produced
14027.54 kilowatt hours since 11/21/2008.

That's the equivalent of a 11.85 ton carbon offset!

Additional data for the PEMCO roof will be displayed here when available.

The time and temperature sign on top of PEMCO's home office in Seattle has been an I-5 marker for decades. Now, thanks to the efforts of Solar Pie, the sign displays additional data from a residential solar panel array on the PEMCO roof.

During daylight hours the sign shows kilowatts being generated. At night, it shows reductions in carbon emissions made possible by the solar panels.

The PEMCO Seattle Solar Project is also made possible by Seattle-based contractor McKinstry, project managers; and Seattle City Light and the Seattle Department of Planning and Development, regulatory oversight.
